This Refund Policy is written in English and governed by the consumer protection laws of the United States of America, no matter where your package is headed or the IP/VPN location it was purchased from on this spinning blue marble.

💥 Misprints, Damage, or Defects

If your item arrives looking like it went through a villain origin story (aka misprinted, damaged, or defective), don’t panic—just check the printed materials enclosed in your package for how to report it. You have 30 days from delivery to get that sorted.

Heads up: Contacting us directly won’t kick off the return process—we’re not the ones packing boxes in the warehouse. That said, we totally get it and we’re sorry for the trouble. The vendor is your main point of contact and the fixer of all fulfillment fiascos.

📦 Lost in Transit?

If your package has ghosted you and disappeared into the postal void, check your purchase confirmation email. It has all the juicy details for tracking and submitting a claim. Just like with damage claims, you've got 30 days from the estimated delivery date to report any shipping shenanigans.

🚫 Address Issues = Your Responsibility

If the shipping address you provided turns out to be wonky, wrong, or missing crucial details and your order gets sent back to the vendor—guess what? You’re on the hook for the reshipment costs. Once you give us the correct info, they’ll try again.

And if your order ends up unloved and unclaimed for 30 days after being returned to the vendor’s facility? It will be donated to charity—no refund, no replacement. Consider it your unintentional good deed of the month.

❌ No Take-Backs for “Oops, I Changed My Mind”​

We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse. That art print you bought during a midnight mood swing? It’s yours now, baby.

 

We also reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. Why? Because time is art, and we’d rather spend ours creating than processing regret.​.​
