RETURN POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. If items are misprinted, damaged, or defective, please refer to the enclosed printed materials within 30 days of delivery. Contacting us will not initiate anything as we are not the direct point of contact, but we apologize for any issues and the vendor is responsible for correcting them.

If orders are lost in transit, please refer to your purchase confirmation receipt for instructions. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If recipient addresses are marked insufficient or returned to the vendor's facility, you will be responsible for reshipment charges after providing accurate information. If undeliverable shipments are returned to the vendor's facility and remain unclaimed after 30 days, you agree to automatic donation to a charity chosen by the vendor without refund or replacement. ​
